Goose Down & Feather Duvet Insert

The real thing. Half white goose down for the loft, half goose feather for the weight — the combination that gives a duvet its drape instead of letting it float.

500+ fill power means each ounce of down expands to more than 500 cubic inches. That is what lets this insert be warmer than the others at 200 gsm rather than 300: down insulates by trapping air, so you need less of it.

Sewn in boxes so the fill cannot migrate to one end, with a 240 thread count cotton shell tight enough to keep the down inside and open enough to breathe. Corner ties hold it in place inside the cover.

If anyone in the bed reacts to feathers, choose the Microgel insert instead.

Machine wash at 30 °C. Tumble dry on low or no heat. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Dry cleaning is also fine. Spot-clean a mark rather than washing the whole duvet.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, as declared by the manufacturer — laboratory tested for harmful substances.

The manufacturer states that the fill is treated with an antimicrobial process. That reduces bacteria; it does not make down suitable for someone with a feather or down allergy.

Fibre content is declared in full above, as required by Canada's Textile Labelling and Advertising Regulations.
